The Sory Boathouse
Coker’s Sory Boathouse is a Cobra favorite – just ask any alumni! The boathouse is perfect for a low-key outdoor get-together or refreshing work meeting. Whatever your needs, Coker has a place for you.

Drengaelen House
Once belonging to the Coker family, Drengaelen House is a gorgeous mansion built in 1924. Drengaelen has been used for garden parties, weddings, formal university events and alumni get-togethers.

Kalmia Gardens
Located in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina on a former 19th-century plantation, Kalmia Gardens of Coker University is a 35-acre public botanical garden and historic house open to the public. Kalmia Gardens also offers a wide range of rental opportunities. These venues provide an amazing backdrop for weddings, parties, and other special events.
